Dr. Khachaturov graduated from the Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University in 2014 with a degree in pediatrics. In 2016, he completed his residency in neurology. Since 2016, he has been working in the neurology department of the Moscow Children's City Hospital. He holds a PhD in medical sciences (neurology, healthcare management). His professional interests include childhood stroke, demyelinating diseases, and autoimmune encephalitis. His main research topic is early diagnosis of ischemic stroke in children. Since 2018, Dr. Khachaturov has been working with Moscow emergency doctors and paramedics. Together, they have developed algorithms that improve prehospital care for children with ischemic stroke.
